openfiledialog won't refresh with multiple file types

Hi , I have looked into this problem and found others on the net are having
the same trouble.. When I switch between say text files .txt over to xml
files .xml . the OpenFileDialog and SaveFileDialog box will not refresh to
show the FILES !! ( the text files Don't display so you can select one ) .
Now it was working at one point , then it all of a sudden stopped . The
syntax is the same. Just wham .. Not working anymore !!!
Did anyone ever come up with a solution to solve this ?

Problem is solved as well as a couple of other ones that cropped up... If
this happens to you , you can try what I did... I created a new empty
project and carefully put all my forms/controls & code back into it.. With a
few tweaks I was able to get it all working .. My problem was that I had
changed forms that I wanted as the startup /parent form. I thought I had it
all right ,but I must have missed something crucial. By starting a new
project I could get things the way I wanted it to be ,and have
openfiledialog and other stuff working again. So if they don't work for you,
maybe you changed project parameters around like I did.!!!! Anyhow , yahoo
it all works again
