"Open with Frontpage"

Hello ~ I work for a school district and one of my building web page editors
has a small problem. On various web pages she has created (while in IE),
when she selects "File", "Open with Frontpage" does not appear. Yet, on
others she has created it does (???).

Any suggestions? She has re-loaded Frontpage a couple of times.

Have her clear the "temporary internet" and history files.

Does the page include the Generator Meta tag?
