Open Windows Explorer at specific filename

I'm using Dev Ashish's fHandlFile function to either open a Windows Explorer at a known FolderName, or to launch the app associated with the extension. Now I need to open the folder in a Windows Explorer and then scroll to (highlight) the FileName. How?

Got it...
The /e switch is for Explorer view. The /select switch highlights the
FileName
