Open URL link in outlook 2003

When I click on the URL link in any email from Outlook 2003, the link opens
file save dialog instead of IE. Anyone has idea how to fix this problem.

If IE6 is your web browser, you can also try opening it and clicking
Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
