Open source SIP stack for .net CF (preferably C#)?

Is there an open source SIP stack for .Net CF (for aWM 2005 SE device)?
Preferably C#. If not what is a good commercial one?

You casn use the InputPanel component which controls the SIP which is part
of the CF 1.0 and CF2.0 if that is what you are asking?

That depends on whether SIP is Soft Input Panel or, as I suspect given the
context ("SIP stack"), Session Initiation Protocol. I'm not aware of any
managed SIP stacks, eithers wrappers or full implementations.

Sorry for the confusion, I indeed meant the Session Initiation
Protocol. I didn't realize there was a Soft Input Panel
