Open/Save Dialog, right-click on zip file doesn't work

PC is with Windows XP Pro SP2, updated. When I open Open/Save dialog box, and
press right-click on the file with zip extension, it doesn't show anything.
Does anyone know whow to fix this.
It seems that it has occured after some micorsoft updates. Have tried with
different archive software, nothin changed.
Tested on XP home, it works fine.

correction, after updateing windows xp home, the same issue occured.
Now I'm 100% sure that it's related with windows updates.

Temporary solution, uninstall update kb908531, it works. Don't know yet if
you install it after that manually, if the issue occures again.
