Open same doc in different windows?

I regularly use the Split to work across two separate and remote sections of
the same document. I find myself having to refer to a third section quite
frequently. If I Split again, the windows are going to be too small to work
in. Is there any way I can open this doc up in a second full-sized window,
and have changes reflected in both instances?

That's exactly what Window > New Window does.
