Open Report based on a drop down box

Hi,
I have a form with a drop down box (List of Hospital Names). I would like to
add a button to open a cover sheet (Report) that matches the name of the
hospital in the drop down box.
For example: If the hospital name in the drop down box is: HospitalX then
report (cover sheet)will also be for HospitalX.
Your help is appreciated.

Sorry...my question was vague, what I meant to say is:

I have a form with a drop down box (List of Hospital Names). Once I choose a
hopital name and I click on a button a report opens. I would like to add
another button to open another report (cover sheet) that matches the name of
the hospital in the drop down box.
If the hospital name in the drop down box is: HospitalX then report (cover
sheet)will also be for HospitalX.
At the end I have one drop down box with 2 buttons, each button opens a
seperate report.
