open office 2007 all the files in the drop down how get rid of

I added a new keyboarding program and trying to unistall it and did but all
the reports I typed are still in the drop down menu and can not figure out
how to get rid of them.

Please help
They are a pain and giving me alot of error messages.

Hi Candice,

Are you referring to the document list or to an addin showing in the 'Add-in' tab?

If you're referring to the list of recent documents on the right hand side of the menu drop down when clicking the Office Button in
Word 2007 then you can reset those by setting to zero the
"Show this Number of Recent Documents"
setting in Word Options (Alt, T, O, A then scroll down to the 'Display' section).

Restart Word then turn the option back on again.

Thank you I will try this. yes it is when you click on the left drop down for
recent files done. In the drop down area
