Open letter to Logitech

How do I get this piece of crap to actually use the functions that >MY< TV
supports?

I've got a Hitachi 57F510. It doesn't have an RGB1 or 2 input, it doesn't
have AV# inputs, there's no Swivel, no TV/VCR input switching, it DOES
support discrete on and off, but none of the umpteen on and off buttons
under Device are discrete.

I can't set up my AV if the remote doesn't do half of what my TV does, yet
offers dozens of features that my TV won't do.

How about my JVC bookshelf system? Its a CA-FSG5. It has 5 CD's, AM/FM
tuner, USB input and AUX input. This stupid remote won't even turn this unit
on/off even after learning the power toggle from the JVC remote!

It doesn't help that Logitech ignores tech support requests for days, then
sends an email apologizing for the lack of response and then close the issue
as "resolved."

Logitech, you can be damn sure that I'm never buying another piece of junk
that you make, EVER!

This is not kind of "open letter" that the company will listen or customer
to support.

See, I don't even care to read or quote the rest of the "open letter"
because I don't want to read more than what I already seen in the opening.

At this point, your letter would enter the circular file.

It's a shame but I doubt you can get the kind of full
functionality out of their remote control, they just don't
seem to have the level of support necessary to get that
working.

I wouldn't use that as a reason not to buy their mice or
keyboards though, particularly the mice are good.
