Open Large Worksheet

I have an Excel File containing more than 65536 records,
which was generated by another computer system. I cannot
load all records in Excel2k. Can I get all the data back
in Excel2k? Or is there any tools which I can split the
original excel file into smaller one?

Would Excelxp be able to handle more than 65536 records in
1 spreadsheet?

65536 rows is the maximum in all Excel versions starting with Excel 97
