Is there any indication from MS that they are going to fix the MSAS failure
to keep track of "Last Scan" displayed on the System Summary window for
those systems running a 24 hour clock?

Hmm - I'm not aware that those issues are "tied"--ie. 24 hour clock and not
recording last scan date/time.

Microsoft is aware of the issue with afternoon scans and the 24 hour clock,
and it will be fixed in beta2.

If you change your clock format to a 12 hour one, and then do a scan, does
that get recorded?
