Open in New Window

This is driving me crazy. When I open to a new window,
the new window is about 3/4 size and offset to the side.
This is a total pain in the butt. Is there anyway to make
it so that new windows open full screen? This seems like
it should be so simple. Who decided that a new window
should be smaller and off to the side. Its
annoying!!!!!!! Aargh, please help.

Matt,
Stretch that second window out to the desired size- don't use maximize.
Close other IE windows. Close that window last.
