| The Open in New Window feature does not work in IE 6.0 SP1
| on a user's desktop. When she right clicks on a link, the
| Open in New Window option is there but a new window does
| not open. All defaults to IE were reset. There is no pop
| up blocker software installed or spy-ware. This machine
| is brand new out of the box and the links do not open.
