open IE6 at a default width?

I notice opening a new IE6 browser window inherits the width of the last
browser session. Is there a way to open IE6 at a default width, say 760px?

Close IE and disconnect from the internet. Open up IE and stretch it to the
size you like. Close IE and connect to the Internet. Open IE and it should
be the size you made it. Opening new windows should also be that size.
