Open IE with ISP connect...

A question for the hopelessly lazy....

Is there any way to automatically open/connect the IE 6.0
browser, once a connection with a (dial-up) ISP is made or
attempted?

Alternately: is there any way to autodial one's default
dial-up ISP when IE 6.0 is opened?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions...

Answer one - - no
Answer two - - yes, set the internet options - connections to "always dial
my default dialup"

You will need a third party program for the first. IIRC, ICQ used to be
able to do this. ZI don't know if it still can.
