Open IE Sessions 'How to Change the Default?'

I'm trying to teach a class, and of course, there are
those who open up more than one IE session. They like to
surf, while I try to teach! How can I change the allowed
open sessions to only 1. Default is 4. Thanks from Just Me

Try>IE>tools>internet options>advanced>scroll to 'reuse windows for
launching shortcuts', and check mark the box>apply/help your way out.
