open form in screen centre

hi all
I am using a switchboard which is a form created thru switchboard manager,
and this is set to auto centre, but when i open other forms , and close them
, then the swichboard form will come little down(to the button of the
screen)it wont keep in centre( you can see it full but it is not in the
centre , it is in the buttom of screen. how to keep it always in the centre

I have tried setting it to pop up , but in this case to will not go fr
screen( wont minimize).
what i want is if i open other forms, the switchboard to be minimized, and ,
if all other forms closed ,switchboard to activate and keep in center of
screen.
