Open form function

I have a quick call form I use to enter calls. When I open this form it
automatically enters the user and time the form is opened. I have what is
called "CallType" on the main form this has a drop down associated with it
and the user can select the type of call they want but on the quick call I
want it to automatically fill in "Checking Area".

Hi Jen,

What data does "Checking Area" contain? Data from a table field already in
existence. What field type is it? When do you want it to enter the relevant
information? form opening or after selection from "CallType"?
