I have two users that have a somewhat consistent problem in Outlook 2003 with
attachments. They open an e-mail with an attachment, usually this happens
with Word 2003. First they get a blank screen and then a message "File
cannot be found" . Then they close the e-mail and try the process again and
it works straight through. What is causing the a file to not be found and
then enabling it to be found again? My users asking that I fix it so that it
consistently works the first time.

Using Windows XP SP2
Office 2003 SP2

Have them clean the Outlook Secure Temp Folder.

This lead me close to the answer. I also moved the OLK1 file from the
crevice in the computer to C:\download\OLK1 and then specificially gave the
user full access to that folder. This solved it. But without this info, I
would not have known where to start.
Thank You!
