open documents in Word slowly

If I have to open a documents from Windows Explorer or
from My computer it takes more than 10 seconds to open.
The Word itself it is opening very quickly and the opening
of the documents from Word through the menu is fast.
I reinstall the Office, I used several antiviruses to
check my cxomputer, I defragmenting the hard drive, but
nothing. I don't know what to do anymore! So please,
somebody help me!
