Did you try searching at Microsoft knowledgebase site
(http://support.microsoft.com)? A search there turns up
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=829982.
Also read http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm. That's
where I learned of the Attachment Options utility that makes changing
filetype security a matter of configuring another panel under Tools ->
Options.
