Open an Excel document in 2007 document using the 2003 office

Hi folks,
Very soon the Office 2007 is available. I have the skill to
create or manipulate an Office 2007 excel document with programming now. As
usual, any company will adopt the new office later.
Can a 2007 Excel document be opened in an Excel 2003
application. Thanks.
