Open a second window?

Here's what I'm trying to do: From a child-page, when
visitors click on a link, I'd like to open a SECOND
window... like if someone saw the word "peppers"... they
could click on the word and a SECOND window would open
that would have a page explaining the different kinds of
peppers- with the original page still open.

I understand how to create a hyperlink- I can't figure
out how to tell FP to open a NEW window TO it. :s

Right click the hyperlink, select Hyperlink
Properties, click Target frame, select
New Window, click OK.

choose "Open in New Window"..... exactly! - in the Hyperlink dialogue box, under
"Target Frame" (or similar) there should be option to open in new window
