open a Frontpage document in Microsoft word

I'm working on my organizations website. You can only access the server on
campus. Is it possible for me to work on the site away from campus, save it,
then go on campus to post it if I don't have access to Frontpage on campus
without losing any effects?
 
If the server does *Not* have FrontPage extensions then yes - otherwise no.

If no extensions, publish the site to a folder on your hard drive.
With Windows Explorer delete all _vti* folders from the temporary folder.
The remainder can be moved onto Campus and FTP'd to the server.

If the server is extended, then you need FrontPage to publish to it.
