OOps enter percentage error message

Using a shared workbook some cells are giving this feedback, a box tha
says 00ps then "enter percentage" I can't enter anything into thes
cells except 0. any help would be great! Unable to find anything o
this, think the worksheet may be corrupt
 
one idea - click on cell that is behaving like you described, choose Data /
Validation and see if any validation has been placed on the cell - check
under the error alert tab for that error message
