OnTime problem with multiple open workbooks

Hello..

I've created an ontime function that runs every 5 minutes and copys
value from workbook A/Sheet1 to workbookA/Sheet2...
The ontime sub is located in a module.


No problem if i'm only running this workbook.

However when i have another workbook active i get all kinds of erro
messages.. it rather strikes me as odd because i've explicitly used

application.workbooks.sheets.range commands etc.. so that excel won'
get confused with active workbooks...

still i get the errors.. I solved it by putting i
workbook(x).activate and workbook.sheets.select commands.. but that i
really anoying and interupts my work in the other sheet.. I just nee
the workbook to operate on his own without me noticing it..

you may post your current macro(s) Probably an issue of not using
specific workbook references
