Only view permission

I want to share a folder in my Network. Like that Users can open the files
and view its contents, but they can not copy those files.
If I am giving read permission to that folder then users are copying it.
But I don't want users to copy that.
If I am not giving read permission then users are not able to open it.
Please tell me.

There is no way.
If they can read a file, then they can copy it to any location that they have write permissions on.

THere is no permission which will allow You to deny users to copy the
file - such permissions exists in other NOS like Novell but not in
Windows NTFS world

As the others mentioned, no this isn't possible, as long as you can read, if you
have a location you can write to, you can copy. This is where Digital Rights
Management comes into play which can control what you can do with media.
