only one time-zone in dropdown list

Hi,

Im trying to change my time zone under 'date and time
properties' --> time zone

When I get there there is only one time zone available in
the drop down list (jerusalem GMT + 2) and the rest of
the window has a big blue box with a small yellow pixel
in the middle - not what i usually saw there ... i ran
virus checks and even system file checker... went to safe
mode and tried to play with all the time option...
Nothing.

Any clues?

Also - this means the blue box is there instead
of 'daylight saving' etc...

Perhaps you will have to look inside the registry and fix it there...

Did this behavior just begin recently? If so, can you go back to a restore
point before it started?
