Only domain server 4 years old

Running Win 2000 sp 4
It is the only domain server and it is 4 years old.
I am receiving a Journal wrap error in the event logs.

I have been doing research using bur flags, authoritative and
non-authoritative.

how can fix this error? I need to add a new domain server, so I need to
resolve this first.

You'll need to provide a lot more info on the errors you're getting.
