Online training with FrontPage

I would like to know how to create a form that will function like the
training modules offered on the microsoft website. A question is asked,
radio buttons next to answers are provided, and a text box below the radio
buttons states that the (radio button selected) answer is right or wrong. I
am not concerned about harvesting the information for data collection.

if it's just something simple like that you could easily use the FrontPage
forms and form handler and the custom confirmation page/ fields.

You could set up your "test" as a form, then make a custom confirmation page
and write it out like:
for question number one you entered {form field value}. The correct answer
was xyz.

etc.
