Looking for training on how to create a Human Resources manual in WORD 2002.
The manual will include a table of contents before each chapter and a full
index at the back of the manual.

Having just finished a policy manual (containing HR, Admin, Operations,
Billing/Coding, Clinical, and Safety), I can tell you that sometimes it's
best to search the web to see what's available in online manuals. Find
something you like and start from scratch. Ultimately your boss won't care
near as much about the aesthetics of the manual as the content.

Keep it simple!
