Online Duration Reminder

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a recommedation? I'm
looking for a small utility, that can preferable run from the system
tray, that will display a message box after the active Internet
connection has been active for a specified period of time. I've looked
through the Pricelessware list and some other sites, but can't find
one that fits the bill.

Any help would be greatly appricated.
