OneCare and Mobile Devices

Ok, I had to rebuild my computer due to a bad install of some software (my
issue not Vistas). I re-installed OneCare. I know there are ports and apps
that I have to enable on the firewall in OneCare but for the life of me I
don't remember what they are. Can anyone help out real quick?

Sorry, I should have made this clearer. I'm trying to do the mobile sync
with my phone.

It should be much easier with the recent rules base release - open OneCare,
Change Settings, Firewall Tab - check mark in the ActiveSync/Mobile line item.
If that fails to work, the actual exe and port information is within the Mobile
Device Center help file, as I recall.
