one website will not load

Hello
I am hoping you can help me! I was at my favorite website http://rpf.prop-planet.com/ a week ago Friday morning and I clicked a link and before it loaded I clicked the back button and ever since then the page comes up "Cannot find server". I had some problems with adware.adtomi and trojanspy.win32.bispy.c at the same time as my website trouble, I cleared up the virus problem but I still am not able to view this one website. I've uninstalled the spyware software, cleared the temporary internet files, I ran a tracert and found out exactly where the traffic stops and contacted them and I am not being blocked by anyone. I tried looking up files named "Host" and opened in notepad and no luck there. I also uninstalled IE and reinstalled it and still can't reach this website. Just before this problem happened I installed all security patches and updates. Is there anything else I can do? I'm running Win 98. Thanks
