one web site taking way too much time to load

having a lot of problems w/opening one web sie - ebay.
can load fine from other sites this one takes at least 3
to 4 minutes to load 1st page then you can not browse
easily without locking up or freezing screen till the
computer is ready to start again. have done restore, ran
ad aware, virus scan norton 2004, dial up conn sometimes
only 19.2 usually between 24.0 & 33.0. I am able to get
to other web pages fairly fast. today this took about 4
to 5 minutes to get this to post. I will need you to
reply to my email as it is hard to get back into some of
these sites. (e-mail address removed) hope some one has a
solution.

Hi,
Check Symantec's site as there is a known (slow down) problem with NAV 2004.
