One Way Network??????

I just installed new drive, clean OS install.
Previous OS can acccess LT
LT can access previous OS
new OS can access LT
LT can SEE new OS computer name, BUT can't access it

Error is that LT hasn't the proper permissions.

all shares and permissions are the same on both previous OS and new OS
- obviously something is different!

all network stuff is the same.

works the same with or without firewall.

point me please.

Somehow the Guest logon was disabled.
Don't know how it got that way

That is the default for a new install. Its there but it is disabled
until you enable it.
