One to Many Report

have a table that has cleartext assigned to each code such as 4, 41, 411,
4112,etc
Each representing a level deeper into an organization chart. I've been able
to get a n excel report that will give me all of the codes in cleartext, but
unable to get it to report the levels that duplicate. If I'm working with
the code 4112, I want it to show the cleartext of 4, 41, 411, then 4112 and
to repeat the cleartext that applies for the next record by my only inputting
4121 or 412 or 51 etc into a form. The codes vary and the number of
characters/levels in the organization can range from 1 to 7

When you say "a n excel report", does this mean you are talking about a
"table" of information on an Excel worksheet, or are you talking about a
Table in Microsoft Access database software?

No matter where your data is located, if you are trying to create a report
in Excel, then the question should be asked in an Excel newsgroup. If you
are talking about a Microsoft Access Report, this is the place, but you'll
need to clarify the structure of the Fields in the Table, and how you want
the information displayed.

"repeat the cleartext... by my only inputting" would puzzle me if you are
talking about Access Reports, because Access Reports are not interactive.
