one system file missing in my windowsXP machine

hi
as part my c++ development with CD(ROM) Read/Write, i need one windowsXP
file (wmapi.h) file, still i downloaded sp3 and i installed in my machine, i
wont get that file.

where can i download the latest updates for windowsXP to get this file / if
any one have this header file just mail me.

You probably have to buy Visual Studio to get
that file. Header files are not "system" files.
And this isn't a programming group. Maybe try
a C++ group.
