one record per 8.5x11pg

i have a requirement to print one record per page on a perf sheet set up in
4x3 squares. each square will have different field printed in it. the
question, doi i start with labels or create a report. if anybody has any
experience or suggestions, thanks in advance!

Create a grouping in the report by the field that identifies your record, and
ask to start a new page (view/Properties/format/force new page) for each group
