one 'process' of outlook.exe but 5 apps running in task manager??

Here is a snapshot of both the apps and the processes running through task mgr.
I've only launched outlook.exe once, but get these multiple apps running.
What is wrong?

Well, this post won't let me copy a window, so you'll have to take my word
for it. I have 5 outlook instances running in the apps window of the task
manager, but only one instance of outlook.exe in the process window

Hi Deb Rutan,
so please end all Outlook.exe and start Outlook new.
 
Andreas,
I not only exited outlook (all the main windows close is I close one) but I
also uninstalled and re-installed MS Office 2003. Even after the re-install,
just opening outlook.exe once, there are 5 apps running and one OUTLOOK.EXE
process in the task manager.
