One of my users profiles keeps getting replaced?

OK, maybe one of you have had this problem. One of my users (local)
occasionaly gets a new profile when he logs in, and the profile is
named \Docume~1\%username%.localpc, as if the existing one was
corrupt.
After some time, another profile is created again, adding 000 to the
name.

I was thinking maybe a corrupted filesystem could be at fault, but is
only one user getting this problem. Also, in user profiles there are a
few "account unknown" entries which I have deleted.

If you are the admin, I would suggest deleting all accounts you have no
users for and all accounts created for this particular user. Give him no
account at all. Do a reboot and then create an account for that user and
reboot again. If that does not solve the problem, you need greater help than
I can give you.
