If I make a new group in Outlook address book with 100 names called
"distributors" and send the same email will each person - will each person
see everyname I've sent to? I don't want one distributor to see that I've
sent the same email to another distributor. Thanks.

Yes if added to the To or CC lines. You want to put the distribution list
in the BCC field. Use a generic address in the To line. (e.g. Make a dummy
contact with your e-mail address and a display name that is something that
you would like them to see.)
