On XP running Outlook 2002 wot is easiest way to move to 2003?

I have Samsung NC10 netbook :) Running on XP, using Office XP Outlook 2002.
I want to upgrade just the Outlook component of the Suite to get more
functionality and CLOSER TO Office 2007 (at my place of work)

I really want to avoid taking up a lot of memory/speed on my little netbook
which runs like a train right now

All answers welcome

Outlook can be purchased separately if you can find it. Just be sure
the seller is selling the product and not just a license for it.

Integration between Outlook and Word will be lost. Both must be at the
same version for integration to work.
