On the Outlook Today page, there should be more than 7 days perio.

On the Outlook Today page, there should be more than 7 days period in the
calendar category. This is very easy to redefine. Just add up more options in
the customize Outlook Today page.
 
You can edit the registry for this;
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Today]
