On start up

When i start up. I get these.

asmihwio I do not recall which letters are uppercase in both these
situations.
Can't open kernel driver.aslm75.sys


asget dmi
Can't load asmihwio.dll

I have re-installed windows xp.

Please help.

Are you running Asus PC Probe, if yes, that's the issue.
