Could anybody please help me!

We are trying to incorporate an online voting system into a website that we
are working on for a university project.

However, we are not sure how to do this, if anybody could help us it would
be much appreciated!

We would like to know how to record a hit on each of the options in the
vote, and how to show this result on the website.

Basically, how to do it all!!!!

Many thanks, Nick Hemsley, Derby University

Well, you might be able to incorporate Microsoft Access (the subject
of this newsgroup) into such a system, but the bulk of the work would
have to be in the web programming. Does your University have
SQL/Server operational? If so, perhaps a VB/Net or other such program
storing the votes in SQL would be preferable.

I'd suggest reposting in a newsgroup that is designed for website
design. I'm sure there are tools out there to do this, but they are
outside my area of expertise!

wheel
