Hello fellow members,
I have a problem which seems to be difficult to correct. I am running
Windows XP Professional SP2 on a notebook with a 3.2Ghz Intel Processor.
The problem is whenever an update or installation of a application on this
PC the screen goes blank (that is black with a white block for a cursor). As
soon as the program has finished installing or the update finished the screen
returns to normal.
I believe that there is some sort of setting that has been activated,
whether automatically or manually that is causing this problem, as it was not
always the case.
I hope there is a knowledgeable person out there that can help me with this
"problem".
