Is it necessary to keep files in the OLKCA folder under
Documents and Settings?
 
Is it necessary to keep files in the OLKCA folder under
Documents and Settings?

If this folder is subordinate to Documents and Settings\{username}\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files, it's a temporary folder used to store
attachments to Outlook messages when you open them. You can empty, or
even delete, that folder any time Outlook is not running.
