oleDB connection

Hi,
I am using oleb connection to connect with the sql-server(I need to use
only this).

How do I make the connection string to the database having userid and
password.
I donot want to use Integrated securtity.

Can any one tell me the format of the connetion string. I need to connect it
to sql-2000.
